"The moment I made the purchase, I got results right away, which I really didn't expect (that soon), and it continued on for the whole month, which was super awesome! During the session itself, I didn't feel much, except the fact that I was very sleepy and I did sleep well. In my experience with reiki, being sleepy or sleeping well is always a good sign. "I'm in the UK, so I wasn't sure how well a distant attunement would work. However, I love Lourdes' You Tube channel, so I decided to try the Usui Reiki 1 attunement, and I'm so glad I did!

I know everyone's experience will be different, but I could feel the energy flowing to me almost immediately after I bought the attunement, and again whilst watching the instruction videos.
